Asset Financing Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership: The financed item remains the legal property of Z.K. Issaka Enterprise until the total financed balance is paid in full.
2. Payment Schedule: The customer agrees to remit timely weekly or monthly installments as selected. Continuous defaulting may result in asset retrieval without refund of initial deposit.
3. Guarantor Liability: The listed guarantor assumes full financial responsibility for the outstanding balance should the primary applicant default.
4. Asset Care: The customer bears all risks of loss, theft, or damage to the asset during the financing period.
5. Restrictions: The asset may not be sold, gifted, or permanently relocated without written authorization from management until the account is completely settled.
